Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment and Sincerity:

Both client and nutritionist must be sincere for the process to be beneficial. The nutritionist is committed to offering the best guidance, and it is expected that the client matches the commitment in terms of honesty, respect, and patience throughout the journey.

2. Realistic Expectations:

The goal is to change the client's lifestyle regarding eating preferences and habits for improvement. Quick fixes for conditions like Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes are unrealistic. Lifestyle changes take time and effort, and while diseases may not fully be cured, they can be managed through diet and lifestyle modifications focusing on the root cause.

3. Weight Management:

Sharing current weight is crucial for tailoring diet plans. Failure to provide weight may delay or prevent the issuance of new plans, and the nutritionist cannot be held responsible for any outcomes.

4. Open Communication:

Clients are encouraged to ask questions to understand recommendations. Every suggestion has a valid reason, and the nutritionist is happy to share knowledge. However, challenging the nutritionist to satisfy ego may disrupt the respectful relationship.

5. Supplements:

While natural courses are preferred, dietary supplements may be recommended if necessary.

6. Respectful Conduct:

Clients must acknowledge the nutritionist's effort and maintain dignity and respect. Any use of foul language will result in termination of services without refund.

7. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for their actions and must understand that the nutritionist can guide and coach but not control their consumption.

8. Weight Loss Guarantee:

No specific weight loss guarantees are provided. Safe weight loss is around 2-3 kilos/inches per month. The diet plans aim for sustainable changes leading to permanent outcomes.

9. Communication Protocol:

Unscheduled calls may not be answered. Prior messaging is advised.

10. Validation of Results:

Consistent use of the same weighing machine is recommended for accurate results.

11. Breaks:

Breaks are discouraged as they disrupt the flow of the program. Once enrolled a client is to complete the entire duration of the program without any breaks.

12. Payments:

The program will commence upon receipt of full payment.

13. Upgrades:

Program upgrades are allowed within 1 week of the start date.

14.  Refund:

Refunds are not provided as part of the nutrition program's policy.
